Draft: Profile Customisation - Music & Backgrounds

Halo requested to merge feature/profile-customisation-music-backgrounds into develop

Still got some stuff to add

  • Playlists
  • Preferably move the music to server side? But that requires some elixir I don't wanna do
  • Playback time slider thingy
  • Instance Wide Playlists
  • maybe some sort of gallery for backgrounds would be nice? fades in and out between 'em
  • add profile theming as well, think that needs some backend changes too tho, maybe merge akkomas server side config?
  • delete previously uploaded songs, currently we get orphaned files :nono_cry:
